Coronavirus Update

27th March 2020

From Monday 30th March, Sutton Foodbank will be operating a revised schedule due to the Coronavirus outbreak. If you have a Foodbank voucher and will be collecting food, please see the updated times and centres on our locations page.

How to get food

If you are in crisis and unable to afford food, please contact a local agency for a foodbank voucher such as Citizens Advice, the Welfare Reform Team or any other agency you may be in contact with. Many agencies are still operating by phone even if they are not open for visits.

  • Citizens Advice: 0208 4053552 or online via their website
  • Welfare Reform Team: 07714 747011
  • Sutton Salvation Army: 020 8642 9862

We are currently open and distributing emergency supplies but you still need to be referred by an agency.

Donations

We are still accepting donations of food and toiletries at the Big Yellow in Sutton. There are further details on our donate food page including a list of things we are particularly short of and their revised opening hours which are subject to change. We really appreciate the continued generosity from our local community during this challenging time.
