Donate food
Our foodbank relies on your goodwill and support.
Over 90% of the food distributed by foodbanks in The Trussell Trust network is donated by the public – that’s why your food donations are absolutely vital to our ability to give everyone referred to us a balanced and nutritious three day supply of food.
Sutton Foodbank is open and working hard to provide food to local people in need. We are very grateful for your support.

Where to Donate
Anything from our shopping list can be taken to the Big Yellow storage during their opening hours. They can take up to 5-10 bags at their reception desk. Donations need to be in date, unopened and not damaged.
Larger donations need to delivered by prior arrangement so our team can arrange to be there to take it in. Please contact us if you would like to arrange a delivery of over 10 bags.
Bankuet
We are currently taking donations via Bankuet. This is an online donation system and allows us to target foods we most need. You can choose from a selection of one off and regular donation amounts.
Using Bankuet helps manage the logistical issues of receiving and sorting food which in the current Covid-19 crisis needs to be handled differently to ensure the safety of our volunteers.
You can donate to Sutton Foodbank via Bankuet here.
Supermarkets
Customers in Tesco Sutton Cheam and Asda Sutton can donate items they have purchased in store via our permanent collection points.
NB: We do not accept food donations at any of our Centres as our volunteer time is used in supporting recipients. We also do not take any food donations at our office address. If you have an enquiry about donating food please contact us.
